    • Each course package provides different options and products which represents pricing according to your specific education needs 
    • Cancellation Policy: Course can only be changed within 3 days . No cancellations are accepted - No refunds provided

     

     

  • On Site Course Requirements Information

    The Certified Phlebotomy on ground lab training must be completed within 6 weeks . Inital purchase is considered your course registration . After registering you will be able to select a course Orientation and start date  from IHS class schedule. On site 6 week training is required , however the E-course platform is open for use for 12 months .

    Please note: E-course platform does end once Certification is acquired. For it is no longer needed for review. 

  • Payment Plan Option

    • Course access is for 12 months 
    • If pay plan option is selected the course tuition is divided into 3 or 6 payments with an additonal $150 convenience charge
    • CPT Pay Plan Option :

    $315 Initial deposit ( Registration  payment)

    $122. 50 Each additional week  ( 6 weeks total) 

    $ 245 Bi-Weekly Payment ( 3 payments total)

    Total Tution Cost : $1050

     

  • Change/Cancellation Policy

    Course start can only be changed within 3 days of registering. No cancellations or refunds are provided being that class materials are obtained for each registrant once approved.
